Everyone has a workout buddy from time to time, and when it comes to Britney Spears getting her yoga on, that buddy is her four-legged little friend.
"Sometimes Mommy needs me to help her with her yoga :)," Hannah Spears, Brit's dog, tweeted.

Hannah was kind enough to provide a photo of herself weighing down on Spears' arm as the star took on a (perfect) warrior pose.
And yes, you may have realized, this picture is clearly photoshopped, but it's cute nonetheless!
